Gluten-Free & Vegan at Fresh.

What is, what isn't: straight answers, in Playa d'en Bossa.

Vegan: the organic açaí bowl

Organic açaí with granola, paçoca, banana, berries, peanut butter and coconut flakes (16 €): fresh, creamy, vegan and gluten-free. It is the dish our guests order most. To drink: fresh orange juice (5 €) or a pressed juice of carrot, apple or pineapple.

Gluten-free bowls

Our granola is certified gluten-free, so all our bowls are: açaí, yoghurt bowl (14 €), tropical bowl with pineapple, kiwi and banana (14,5 €) and peanut butter bowl (15,5 €), plus the chia pudding (12,5 €). If you are vegan, careful: the tropical bowl and the chia pudding are made with Greek yoghurt and honey.

Gluten-free brunch: skip the bread

The burrata salad (15 €), the French-style omelette (15 €) and the scrambled eggs with avocado and roasted tomatoes (18 €) are gluten-free if you order them without bread. Tell us when you order. See the whole brunch.

Vegetarian

Most of the menu: the bowls, the chia pudding, the avocado toast (12,5 €), the pancakes, the burrata salad, the omelette and the scrambled eggs, and the cheesy and caprese crêpes, plus all the sweet ones. The peanut butter bowl (15,5 €) is vegetarian and gluten-free: neither the Greek yoghurt nor the chocolate drops contain gluten.

Plant milk & no added sugar

Coffee, matcha and smoothies with oat, coconut or almond milk. Our iced matcha (7,5 €) is 100% pure organic matcha with no added sugar: we recommend it with oat milk and no syrup. How to find us.

Dietary questions

Good to know

Is it safe for coeliacs?

Our granola is certified gluten-free and the bowls contain no gluten, but we are not a gluten-free kitchen: bread and crêpes are made here too. If you have coeliac disease, tell us when you order.

Which dishes are vegan?

The organic açaí bowl, and the fresh orange and pressed juices. Coffee, matcha and smoothies can be made with oat, coconut or almond milk; ask us which smoothies are fully plant-based.

Are the tropical bowl and the chia pudding vegan?

No: both are made with Greek yoghurt and honey. They are vegetarian and gluten-free.

Is the matcha sweetened?

No. We use 100% pure organic matcha with no added sugar. Syrups (caramel, vanilla) only if you ask for them.
